A copy of Ms. <br />Hanson's resignation letter is attached. <br /> <br />As a result of Ms. Hanson's resignation, the position of Accounting Clerk will be vacant. <br />Staff is seeking authorization to begin the process to recruit and hire for this full-time <br />position. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council adopt a resolution accepting Deborah Hansons <br />resignation from the position of Accounting Clerk effective March 20th, 2002 and <br />attthorize staff to begin the process to fill the Accounting Clerk position. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recolnmend that City Council adopt a resolution accepting Deborah Hanson's <br />resignation from the position of Accounting Clerk effective March 20, 2002. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council authorize staff to begin the process to fill the <br />position o f Accounting Clerk. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Assistant City Administrator <br />Finance Officer <br /> <br />PC: 03/12/02 <br /> <br />-235- <br /> <br /> <br />
