CITY COUNCIL REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF <br />WEB DESIGN PROJECT BIDS FOR CITY OF RAMSEY WEB SITE <br />By: Kim Moore-Sykes, Assistant City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Responding to comments from Rarnsey res/dents and the City Council, staff began to work on <br />the City's Web site. During the course of the project, staff determined that the update <br />suggestions and proposed changes required more expertise than what the staff currently has. <br />Staff received bids with references from Chandra Kreyer, 15180 Barium Street NW and Rich <br />Quaal, kq Studios, P.O. Box 1044, Anoka. Both are Ramsey residents. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The two submitted bids for the redesign of the City's Web site and they are attached for Council <br />review.
