The majority of Ramsey's match would be staff time associated with the <br />public input process within the propose Master Trail Plan. The results of 'the natural resource <br />inventory could be used for open space planning in addition to engineering and community <br />development purposes. As for the T.H. #47 access issue, staff was finally able to conduct a meeting with <br />the landowners on January 3, 2002, who recently completed their move to the residence. The <br />meeting was productive and opportunities to acquire an access are being explored. As indicated, <br />a fairly tight timeline for ordering and completing the various activities prior to June 30, 2002 <br />exists.
