This total, along with in-kind contributions and possibly acquisition costs associated with the T.H. #47 access, should reflect the $400,000 investment that the City will need to demonstrate in order to, receive the $100,000 reimbursement from the State. Councilmember Kurak commended the Park Commission for doing such a good job as well as the citizen support. Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to recommend that the City Council approve the concept plan for Elmcrest Park and authorize staff to proceed with the prioritized park improvements in order to receive the $100,000 in State reimbursements at a not to exceed cost of $362,000.
