Further discussion: Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if it was possible, as part of the <br />motion, to have staff agree to provide a timeline of what has to be done by what time in order to <br />achieve the grant deadline. Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos replied that staff would give the <br />Council regular updates. Councilmember Zimmerman inquired staff had approached the state <br />highway department regarding the access. Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos replied that the City <br />Engineer has had discussions with the highway department. Councitmember Zimmerman <br />suggested that staff start meeting with staff as soon as possible. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Anderson, Hendriksen, <br />and Zimmerman.
