-70- City Administrator Norman replied that he was not sure of Mr. Bakken's availability. Consensus of the Council was to direct staff to research the possibility of having Mr. Bakken be part of the Task Force and have staff create a mission and purpose of the group. City Administrator Norman recommended that Councilmembers submit possible candidates at a future Council meeting to be involved with the Task Force. Councilmember Kurak inquired as to how many members would be on the Task Force. City Administrator Norman replied that staff would prefer to see five to seven members. Councilmember Zimmerman,~},ed that he would prefer to have residents who are interested in the Task Force express ~h~'~?[nterest rather than having the members be suggested by the Council. City Administrator Norman inquired if staff had permission to advertise in the Ramsey Resident that there will be a Task Force committee. Consensus of the Council was yes. City Administrator Norman replied that staff would bring back a mission statement for the Town Center Task Force as well as advertise the vacancies in the Ramsey Resident.
