Advertisements for Bids were published <br />for two weeks in the Anoka County Union, and in the Construction Bulletin. In addition, <br />ten of the City's favored grading contractors received direct notification. A bid opening <br />is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on March 12, 2002. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Attached for your information is the Notice of Advertisement for Bids, the current cost <br />estimate, and the construction schedule..After receipt of the grading bids, the budget will <br />be revised accordingly. A resolution awarding the grading contract Will be prepared for <br />the Council meeting and a verbal presentation will be made at the City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Adopt resolution #02-03-XXX awarding contract to lowest responsible bidder as outlined <br />in the resolution to be handed out at the Council meeting. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor <br />Public Works Director <br /> <br />CC: 03/12/02 <br /> <br />-83- <br /> <br /> <br />
