'Presentation Community Development Assistant Wald noted that J.R. Land and Cattle Company has submitted an application for a comprehensive plan amendment to change the land use designation for property located off of Alpine Drive on the border of Elk River and Ramsey. The Applicant is requesting a land use designation change from Places to Shop to Places to Work. The comprehensive plan amendment, coupled with their rezoning request, allow the applicant to develop the property with Industrial uses. good fit for Staff recommends approval of the request.
