-206- ORDINANCE #02-XX CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated road easements are hereby vacated, to-wit: That part of J. 50th Avenue N.W. lying west of the westerly right-of-way line of Xkimo Street N.W. and easterly of the east line of Lot 1, Block 4, GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ESTATES, Anoka County, Minnesota. That part of Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. lying easterly of the southerly extension of the easterly right-of-way line of Salish Street N.W. and westerly of the southerly extension of the easterly line of Lot 5, Block 2, RUM ACRE ESTATES, Anoka County, Minnesota. That part of 152~d Avenue N.W. lying westerly of the westerly right-of-way line of Salish Street N.W. and easterly of the southerly extension of the west line of Lot 2, Block 1, RUM ACRE ESTATES, Anoka County, Minnesota. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This drdinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07 but not prior to June 1, 2002.
