Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-02-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MnDot AGREEMENT 81470 FOR <br />COMMUNITY ROADSIDE LANDSCAPING PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey enter into MnDOT agreement No. 81470 to provide for payment <br />by MnDOT to the City of MnDOT's share of the costs of the landscape materials <br />acquisition to be placed along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 47 from Engineer <br />station 13+452 to Engineer station 19+412 within the corporate City limits under State <br />Project No. 0206-969. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the Mayor and the City Administrator are authorized to execute the agreement and <br />any amendments to the Agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmemher <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 26th day of February 2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 02-02-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />-63- <br /> <br /> <br />
