Revisions to' the development have been made' <br />since the plan was last reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission on June 5,2001 and the City Council on June <br />26, 2001. The major changes to the plan include: <br /> <br />1. The mixed residential housing styles no;v conform <br /> to the land use patterns" desi-gnated, on the-furore -~. <br /> land use map in the updated Comprelxensive Plan. <br />2. There is a reduction in density (46 less units). <br />3. The plan includes more single family units and less <br /> townhouse units. <br />4. There are now twvo different style town_house units. <br />5.
