-224- <br /> <br />Development does not warrant the preparation of a full EAW. A copy of said August 3, 2001 <br />correspondence is attached hereto and incorporated herein; and <br /> <br /> WI3~EREAS, in correspondence dated August I4, 2001, Pro Source Technologies, Inc. <br />stated that they had received information from the M. innesota Department of Natural Resources <br />that indicated three occurrences of sightings of Blanding's Turtles more than a half mile from the <br />Development. A copy of said August 14, 2001 correspondence is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein; and <br /> <br /> WlI.EREAS, in correspondence dated August 14, 2001, Pro Source Technologies, Inc. <br />recommended mitigation efforts be undertaken to lessen the impact of the Development on any <br />potential B[anding's Turtle habitat. <br /> <br />NOW Tll~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TFIE CITY COUNCI~L OF TFtE CITY OF <br />1LAMSEY, ANOKA COEJi'NTY, STATE OF i'~'iINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council, atier review of the facts relating to the Development and review of <br />Pro Source Technologies' reports dated August 3, 2001 and August 14, 2001 determines that an <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheet does/does not have to be conducted in regard to the <br />development known as The Ponds. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the fo[lowing were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 22"a day of January, 2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION//02-02- <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />! <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
