-24- <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos replied the funds would come from the Lawful Gambling Funds. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that the entrance wall and sig-nage with the landscaping seems important at <br />this time. <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos reviewed the costs of completing a bare minimum project. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak stated that she was looking at it as a phased project and inquired as to <br />how the Park Commission would feel about phasing the project. <br /> <br />Todd Cook, Chairperson of Park Commission, replied that the Park Commission would have no <br />problem with phasing the project, but if they phase the project the Park Commissions Capital <br />Improvement Plan would be ~_acted for three years.
