-24- Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos replied the funds would come from the Lawful Gambling Funds. Mayor Gamec stated that the entrance wall and sig-nage with the landscaping seems important at this time. Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos reviewed the costs of completing a bare minimum project. Councilmember Kurak stated that she was looking at it as a phased project and inquired as to how the Park Commission would feel about phasing the project. Todd Cook, Chairperson of Park Commission, replied that the Park Commission would have no problem with phasing the project, but if they phase the project the Park Commissions Capital Improvement Plan would be ~_acted for three years.
