I Further discussion: Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if it was possible, as 'part of the motion, to have staff agee to provide a timeline of what has to be done by what time in order to achieve the grant deadline. Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos replied that staff would give the Council regular updates. Councilmember Zimmerman inquired staff had approached the state highway department regarding the access. Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos replied that the City Engineer has had discussions with the hi,way depm'maent. Councilmember Zimmerman suggested that staff start meeting with staff as soon as possible. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Anderson, Hendriksen, and Zimmerman. In July recommended to the Finance Committee that the funding be structured Gambling Funds, with the remaining amount designated by a fund source from the Park development projects scheduled within the Commission's 5 Councilmember Hendriksen noted that the the project completed by August 2001. ~ ..
