The <br />property is located on the west side of'T.H. ~M-7, immediately north of the existing Apple <br />Ridge/River Pines neighborhood. At the time of application, the property was located-outside <br />the boundaries of the Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA) and was zoned R-1 Rural <br />Residential. At their regular meeting in September, the Planning Commission recommended that <br />City Council approve an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to expand the MUSA boundary <br />to include the subject property.
