"Final Plat" means the Master Final Plat and the final plat the City <br />approves for each Phase i'n accordance with the RTC Controls. <br /> <br />(bb-}-Force Majeure. "Force Majeure" means acts of God, including, but not <br />limited to, floods, ice storms, blizzards, tornadoes, landslides, lightning and <br />earthquakes (but not including reasonably anticipated weather conditions for the <br />geographic area); riots, insurrections, war or civil disorder affecting the <br />performance of work; blockades; power or other utility failures; fires or <br />explosions; labor strikes or labor shortages and shortage of materials. Ifa party's <br />performance of an obligation under this Master Agreement is expressly made <br />subject to Force Majeure and the part3, is unable to perform the obligation within <br />the time period set forth in this Master Agreement as the result of an occurrence <br />ora Force Majeure, the time period in which the party is obligated to perform the <br />obligation is extended during the continuance of the Force Majeure and a <br />reasonable period for recovery or restoration thereafter. <br /> <br />(eeZ)-Formal Notice. "Master Agreement" means this agreement as the same <br />may be from time to time modified, amended or supplemented. <br /> <br />(-ee/Master Development Plan. "Master Development Plan" consists of the <br />Preliminary Plat and Engineering submittal, drafted by Polaris Group, Close <br />Landscape Architecture, Glenn Rehbein Companies and URS, last revised <br /> ,2003, showing the development concept uses, densities, <br />acreages, street pattern and future subdivision plan for the Subject Property.
