Repairs are made as <br />necessary. <br /> <br />Rescue #1 was put in service in October. It carries 5 FF's, extrication and medical <br />equipment. <br /> <br />The process for creating specifications for the ladder truck have been initiated. Target <br />date for acquiring bids is April 2002. <br /> <br />A new 4x4 for Fire Inspections will be purchased through the FEMA grant RFD received <br />in 2001 <br /> <br />Fire Stations <br /> <br />Station #2 went on-line in April of this year. Both stations can now operated both <br />independently or as a group. Station #2 will act as the command center in a natural <br />disaster. <br /> <br />-17- <br /> <br /> <br />
