I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />That on November 5, 2001, the Ramsey Planning Commission recommended that the <br />Interim Use Permit be granted for a three-year term. <br /> <br />12) <br /> <br />That the Subject Property lies witkin an area that may be designated in the future as fight- <br />of-way for a Mississippi River Bridge Crossing and/or Armstrong Blvd, right-of-way and <br />also within the future Town Center area. <br /> <br />13) <br /> <br />That the proposed outside storage is permitted in the Industrial zoning district but needs <br />to be located on a paved bituminous surface and enclosed with a fence. <br /> <br />I4) That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />15) <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be dangerous or detrimental to persons residing or working <br />in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will 'impair the use, enjoyment or market value of surrounding <br />properties because the 2001 Comprehensive Plan adopted Dec. 18, 2001 guides this land <br />to be used for combination of residential, business, and recreational Uses, which uses are <br />not compatible with the proposed use. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be operated and maintained in a way as to be harmonious <br />and appropriate in appearance with the existing or .intended character of the general <br />vicinity and such use will change the essential character of the area as guided by the 2001 <br />Comprehensive Plan adopted December I8, 2001. <br /> <br />18) <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create additional requirements at public cost for public <br />facilities and services. <br /> <br />19) That the proposed use may be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. <br /> <br />20) <br /> <br />That the proposed use may be disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses as guided <br />by the 2001 Comprehensive Plan adopted December 18, 2001. <br /> <br />21) That the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />22) <br /> <br />That the proposed use will involve uses, activities, processes, materials and equipment and <br />conditions of operation that may be detrimental to any persons, property or the general <br />welfare, by reason of excessive production of traffic and noise because of future land use <br />of surrounding area as guided in the 2001 Comprehensive Plan adopted December 18, <br />2001. <br /> <br />23) <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be in accordance with the objectives of the 2001 <br />Comprehensive Plan and the intent of Section 9.03.04A Interim Use Permits of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-01- <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />-225- <br /> <br /> <br />
