-102- <br /> <br />Rich Quail, RYAA, replied that the parks/Utilities Supervisor has indicated that the City needs to <br />have bids for the project by June 2002. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman inquired if they were certain that the cost of the land can be <br />included in the $400,000 requirement. <br /> <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Kapler replied that the Parks Utilities Supervisor felt that <br />would be a stretch. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that they were awfully late in the process to be that unsure of <br />something that significant. He stated that staff needs to "nail down" exactly what can be <br />included and what they have to do to get the project back on track. <br /> <br />Director of Public WorksfEir,'e:'Ohe_f Kapler explained that the City utilized a committee to get <br />the process started and/¢~ired i:¢.'&e. Council was comfortable with updating the committee <br />with the process rath~i} ~han getting ~em involved in each step of the process. <br />Mayor Gamec replied '~h;at;theE~ncil':~ds to make the final decision.
