A grading and drainage plan <br />will be reviewed as site plans for the individual lots are received. <br /> <br />Park dedication and storm water management fees will be fulfilled as part of the Tax Increment <br />Financing agreement between the City of Ramsey and the developers of each lot. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission met on December 4, 2001 to review the plat and held a public <br />hearing.
