No other signs or markings will be <br /> permitted within Anoka County Right of Way. <br />· Calculations must be submitted along with a grading and erosion control plan that <br /> delineates the drainage areas for this site. The post-developed rate/volume of runoff <br /> must not exceed the pre-developed rate/volume of runoff for the 10-year, 24-hour <br /> storm, utilizing the "SCS Method".
