Medium Density Residential. Councilmember Kurak stated that she agreed with changing <br />the land use from Industrial to Medium Density Residential. Councilmember Hendriksen <br />disagreed with changing the land use to Medium Density Residential. Mayor Gamec agreed <br />with changing the land use to Medium Density Residential· Councilmember Zimmerman <br />disagreed with changing the land use to Medium Density Residential. Mayor Gamec <br />requested that notification be sent to the adjacent property owners prior to the January 24, <br />2002 public hearing. The property spoke out in the aUdience that he was opposed to the land <br />use change. Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if the Council was going to agree to <br />change a land use when the property owner is opposed. Councilmember Anderson agreed <br />with changing the land use to Medium Density Residential.
