At this <br />time the land use map is only a proposal. ~ <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman inquired if the thirteen proposed changes are in addition to the <br />Comprehensive Plan that was submitted to the Met Council in March 2001. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon replied that was correct. <br /> <br />Councilmember Z~mmermarr:¢r~o!ed that they would be adding I3 parcels with an increased <br />density. ~:" '~- <br /> <br />Principal Planner Tni'cigeon repli~;~hatnot all changes were to a higher density. Councilmember <br /> Anderson felt that all-adjoining property owners should be contact. Councilmember Kurak <br /> stated that she would agree with changing the land use to medium density. Mayor Gamec <br /> stated that he would agree with changing the'land use to medium density. Councilmember <br /> Hendr/ksen was opposed to changing the land use to medium density. Councilmember <br /> Zimmerman was opposed to changing the land use to medium density. Councilmember <br /> Anderson was opposed to changing the land use to medium density until all adjoining <br /> property owners are notified.
