City Attorney Goodrich replied that he would review the issue and get back to the Council. Councilmember Hendriksen stated that Councilmember Kurak's vote was a determining factor for what would be placed on the land use map and so he requested that the City Attorney report back to staff prior to the land use map being Presented for a public hearing. Councilmember Hendriksen stated that he did not think that they should place something on the land use map that the Council has not reviewed. He recommended leaving the land use as is and then at the public heating the Council can accept the property owner's input and react to it. City Administrator Norman felt it would be more appropriate to make the change on the map that would be going out to the public so that they would be informed of the possible changes. Councilmember Anderson stated that since there is considerable dissatiSfaction with the current use on the property, it would make sense to have staff work with the property owner on the issue.
