City Attorney Goodrich replied that he would review the issue and get back to the Council. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that Councilmember Kurak's vote was a determining factor <br />for what would be placed on the land use map and so he requested that the City Attorney report <br />back to staff prior to the land use map being Presented for a public hearing. <br /> <br />Consensus of the Council was for staff to bring forward the property owners recommendation for <br />the east side of T.H. #47. <br /> <br />E.
