On September 10, 2001, the Planning Commission reviewed the request for rezoning and recommended that that rezoning request submitted by Edina Development be approved subject to the development parcel receiving a comprehensive plan amendment to allow for high density residential land uses. Motion by Councilmember Hendr/ksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to deny the request to rezone the subject property from R-1R Residential, B-1 Business and B-2 Business to MR, Multiple Residential. Motion was withdraw.
