-66- Councilmember Kurak stated that the Council needs to address the private street issue formally. Councilmember Anderson questioned the width of the private drives, what is the width. Mr. Leper replied 24 feet. Councilmember Anderson inquired if any street parking will be allowed. Mr. Leper replied no, except at the end of e-cery drive there will be three stalls. Councilmember Anderson questioned the length of the driveways. Mr. Leper replied that they ar~}~9posing 23 tO 25 feet. Councilmember Hendriksen noted that the City has changed more property from business to residential and they need to remember that in other areas of the City.
