Voting No: None. ~ 'q~}5;? ~:~3¢~ ¢~*~:~ COUNCIL BUSINESS .~;" ~}:~ Case #1: Request for an Interim Use Permit to ALlow for an Unimproved Parking Lot as the Principal Use of a Property; Case of Anoka-Hennepin Technical College Principal Planner Trudgeon stated that Anoka-Hennepin Technical College has submitted an application for an Interim Use Permit to allow for an unimproved parking lot as the principal use of a property. The property itself is. located on Highway 10 at the Anoka-Ramsey border and formally was an ICO gas station. The College has negotiated a five-year lease with an option to purchase with the property owner; Inter City Oil Company, Inc. The applicant is requesting to use the ICO property as a parking lot until the end of May, 2002.
