Councilmemb'er Hendriksen inquired .as to' how the City will ever payback, the costs associated <br />with extending City sewer and water into the City if the developer uses' the entire f~e to eXtend <br />sewer and water to their site. <br /> <br />City Engineer Olson replied that there are situations where sewer and water is extended through <br />undeveloped property and then all the fees would be placed in the trunk charge fund. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if the City was requiring the developer to do something that <br />would not be necessary for the development to occur. <br /> <br />City Engineer Olson replied that it would be possible for the developer to constrUct a lift station, <br />but that would not be in the best interest of the City.
