CHARTER COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Charter Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, November 29, <br />2001, in the Training Room, First Station No. 2, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Timothy Vogt <br />Commissioner Sandra Bertzyk <br />Commissioner Barry Childs <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Lauri Ebel <br />Commissioner Marguerite Henke <br />Commissioner Darlene Milless <br />Commissioner Brian Swanson <br /> <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Hannah LaMere <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Clerk Jo Thieling <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Vogt called the regular meeting of the Charter Commission to order at 7:10 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Keith Kie£er, 6203 Rivlyn Avenue NW, Ramsey, thanked the Charter Commission for the time, <br />talent and wisdom given to the City of Ramsey. He complimented the Commission on their <br />open minds, setting personal opinions aside a.nd allowing the City of Ramsey to voice their <br />opinion. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Keith Kie£er requested an amendment to a statement he made at the meeting of September 6, <br />2001, and the Commission approved that amendment. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Ebel to approve the minutes <br />as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Vogt, Commissioners Deemer, Ebel, Bertzyk, Childs, <br />Henke, Milless and Swanson. Voting No: None.
