Exhibit B, entitled ,Exiting Trip Summary", provides a graPhical and numerical representation of the anticipated routing of trips leaving the Orchard Hills Subdivision based upon the above assumed trip distribution. The three (3) numbers shown at each location on Exhibit B are the anticipated exiting volumes on a daily basis, during the A.M. peak traffic hour and during the P.M. peak traffic hour. In summary, all trips leaving the subdivision and destined to the north, east or west are expected to access 153rd Avenue tothe north via Cobalt Street. For trips destined to the south along T.H. 47, the twelve (12) townhome units proposed along Barium Street are expected to use that street to gain access to T.H. 47 at its intersection with 149th Lane NW. The other thirty (30) [ownhome units along Cobalt Street will take that street south to Barium ' Street and go west on Barium Street to gain access to T.H. 47 at its intersection with 149th Lane NW. In a similar manner, Exhibit C, 'entitled "Entering Trip Summary", provides a graphical and numerical presentation of the anticipated routing of trips attempting to gain access to Orchard HiIIs Subdivision on a daily basis as well as during the A.M. and P.M. peak traffic hours. The entering routings are essentially the same as those exiting. That is, all trips approaching the subdivision from the north along T.H. 47 or from the east or west along 153rd Avenue will enter via Cobalt Street at its intersection with 153¢'~ Avenue NW. And those trips approaching Orchard Hills from the south along T.H. 47 are anticipated to turn right at the T.H. 47/Barium Street/149th Lane intersection.
