As stated in your September 1'9m letter, this plan is <br />quite preliminary with little detail to review. We request that the following information be <br />submitted in order to complete a more detailed analysis of the impact on TH47 right of way: <br /> <br />· Please submit 2 copies of the site plan package and 3 copies of the preliminary plat to: <br /> <br /> Sherry Narusiewicz <br /> ND/DOT - Waters Edge Building <br /> 1500 West County Road B2 <br /> Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />Submitting the correct number_.of c0Pi'es' Will ensure timely routing of the review. I have also' <br />enclosed a checklist of items to be included on the plat/site plan. : <br /> <br />A Mn/DOT stormwater drainage permit may be required for this development. Therefore, we <br />need to review a ~ading and drainage plan showing existing and proposed conditions along <br />with hydraulic computations addressing i0 and 100-year storms. The plans must demonstrate <br />that existing drainage patterns and rate of runoff will not increase. <br /> <br />As stated in your correspondence, access to this development can be gained from internal <br />street circulation and should not require direct access to TH47. Arterials such as TH4? are <br />intended to serve regional mobility rather than local property access needs.
