-184- As those discussions progressed, it became apparent that Transwest is interested in participating in Ramsey's Tax Increment program and developing a new site in Ramsey. That brings them full circle to needing an interim use permit to continue to use the temporary office structure while they work with staff to explore a possibte relocation project in the City. Consequently, Staff is resuming the request that was reviewed by the Planning Commission last July. The following items are enclosed for your information: 1. Site location map 2. Structure detail 3. Planning Commission Meeting Minutes dated July 10, 2000 4. Proposed findings of fact 5. Proposed interim use permit Recommendation: The Planning Commission recommended approval of the interim use permit until November 1, 2003, contingent upon the applicant working with City Staff to develop and implement a screening plan along County Road #116. Council Action: . ~\0 Motion to adopt Resolution #01-01-~ L/~dopting Findings of Fact #~ relating to a request from Transwest, Inc. for an interim use permit for the utilization of a temporary office structure. -and- Motion to ap,prove the request for an interim use permit from Transwest and adopt Resolution #01-0 l-.~d,eclaring terms of the Interim Use Permit. -or- Motion to deny the request for an interim use permit for the use of a temporary office structUre from Transwest Inc., based on the findings of fact.
