The City shall, without cost or expense to M_n/DOT, obtain all rights-of-way, easements, construction permits and/or any other permits and sanctions nha~ may be re.~uired in cop~nection with the installation of landscape materials. Prior to advance payment by PLn/DOT, the City shall furnish Mn/DOT with certified copies of the documents for those rights-of-way and easements', and certified cop- ies of those construction pe_rmits and/or, other permits and sanc- tions required for ~n/DOT landscaping. I I I ARTICLE II,- MN/DOT COST Section A. Basis Mn/DOT~s full and complete ~hare of the costs of. the landscaping to be performed along Trunk Highway No. from to within the co~porate city limits under State Proj.ect No. -969 (T.H. ) shall be equal to the delivered cost of the landscaping materials ac~aired in accordance with the "__ Landscaping Plan", however, the maximum obligation of Ym/DOT under this AgreemeD. t shall not exceed $__, unless the maximum obligation is increased by ezecution of an ~mendment to this Agreement. -it is estimated that the cost of the landscape materials acquisition is $__ Section B. Provision by the City to Mm/DOT's Landscape Programs Coordinator of copies of the purchase orders for the landscape materials, as provided for in Article I, Section B.' of this Agreement. 4.
