GovDocs never shares <br />in[brmation gathered through our government partners with third parties for promotional pu¢oses. <br />Ownership of documents and ap¢lication --The Ciw oCRamsey maintains sole ownership of all output from the <br />setup services provided under this Service schedule inchding the database of information associated with each <br />document and the digital files of the documents converted by GovDocs. GovDocs shall maintain sole ownership of the <br />GovDocs Document Delive~ Application and all modifications made to the applicationand its contents (other than <br />Ci~ of Ramsey documents) whether these modifications are made s~ecifically to accommodate the CiW of Ramsey's <br />documents within the GovDocs.com Document Deliveu Application or fbr another pu~ose. <br /> <br />GovDocs Proposal 2 Jatmary 1 l, 2001 <br /> <br /> <br />
