GovDocs shall have a <br />license to ase the user intbrmation in order to provide services for the City ofRamsey. GovDocs never shares <br />intbrmation gathered through our govermnent parmers with third parties for promotional purposes. <br />Ownership of documents and application - The City of Ramsey maintains sole ownership of all documents provided <br />to GovDocs as part of this agreement including files of documents after they are converted to new digital formats by <br />GovDocs. GovDocs shali maintain sole ownership oftl~e GovDocs Document Delivery Application and all <br />modifications made to the application and its contents (other than City ofRamsey docmnents) whether these <br />modificatious are made specifically to accommodate tile City ofRantsey's documeuts within the GovDocs Document <br />Delivery Application or lbr another purpose. <br /> <br />GovDocs Proposal 4 January Il, 2001 <br /> <br /> <br />
