As stated in your Sept,ember 19t~' letter, this plan is quite preliminary with little detail to review. We request that the following information be submitted in order to complete a more detailed analysis of the impact on TH47 right of way: I I I I I I Please submit 2 copies of the site plan package and 3 copies of the preliminary plat to: Sherry Narusiewicz Mn/DOT - Waters Edge Building 1500 West County Road B2 Roseville, Minnesota 55113 Submitting the correct number of copies will ensure timely routing of the review. I have also enclosed a checklist of items to be included on the plat/site plan. I I I A Mn/DOT stotTnwater drainage permit may be required for this development. Therefore, we need to review a grading and drainage plan showing existing and proposed conditions along with hydraulic computations addressing 10 and 100-year storms. 'The plans must demonstrate that existing drainage patterns and rate of runoff will not increase. As stated in your correspondence, access to this development can be gained from internal street circulation and should not require direct access to TH47. Arterials such as TH47 are intended to serve regional mobility rather than local property access needs. Property access for this development is most safely and efficiently satisfied by the local street network. If you have any additional questions please call me at (651) 582-1468.
