The <br />subdivision is bounded by T.H. 47 on the west, existing and proposed commercial <br />development abutting 153rd Avenue NW to the north, and the Willow Ridge single-family <br />residential development to the east and south. Access to and from Orchard Hills <br />Subdivision, as proposed in the preliminary plat, is provided via: <br /> <br />The extension of Cobalt Street NW to the north along the east plat line of the <br />Rademacher Addition - intersecting 153r~ Avenue NW about 550' to 600' east <br />of T.H. 47; and <br /> <br />Cobalt Street NW and Barium Street NW as they extend southerly and <br />southwesterly through the Willow Ridge Subdivision before they intersect <br />about 250' east of T.H. 47.
