Consensus of the Committee was to schedule a public hearing and notifying <br />the business owners in Rivers Bend Plaza as well as the residents east of T.H. #47. <br /> <br />Consensus was to schedule a public hearing in February. <br /> <br />4) Update on Storm Water Utility <br /> <br />The Committee was presented with information from staff regarding the utility and requested <br />more time to review the information and discuss it at the next Public Works meeting. <br /> <br />5) Consider Renaming 149"' Avenue NW (East of T.H, #47) to Sunwood Drive NW <br /> <br />Councilmember Zilnmerman stated that the Committee recommended initiating the process to <br />rename 149~' Avenue to Sunwood Drive NW. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski noted that the name change would not affect any residents. <br /> <br />Consensus of the Council was to send out a notice to all residents adjacent to 149'" as to the <br />possibility of 149~t' Avenue being renamed to Sunwood Drive. <br /> <br />6) Hematite Street NW and 153~d Avenue NW Site Lines <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman stated that the Committee decided that this was an issue that could <br />be dealt with at a staff level. <br /> <br />7) Paving Request <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that staff had received a few requests from residents to send out a <br />survey to determine if people were interested in having their street paved.
