-116- <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 01- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERT.MN CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED <br />IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> <br />It is the purpose of ti'tis Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which property the City <br />Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This chapter is adopted pursuant to <br />and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br />The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the City, as surplus <br />property and hereby authorizes sale of all or a part of said property. Said property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot I, Block 1, SUNWOOD ESTATES and Outtot A, SUNWOOD ESTATES <br /> <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> <br />The City Council has by a properly enacted action determined the consideration and terms upon which the <br />above-described property may be sold. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
