Trunk Sewer and Water Costs: A mink usage charge is required by the City for the trunk sewer and water systems and the charge is $1,734.00 per dwelling unit. This charge must be paid prior to release of the plat for recording. Drainage and Utility Easements: The standard drainage and utility easements have been provided around the perimeter of Lot 1. Park Dedication: The Park Commission recommended that park dedication consist of a cash payment. The current rate is $1200 per unit. Trail' Development: A trail development fee of $300 per unit must be paid prior to release of the final plat for recording. Stormwater Management: The City has also established a stormwater management fee of $366 per unit that is collected as part of the site plan development permit and must be paid prior to issuance of any building permits. Other Permits and Licenses: The developer is responsible for any other permits or licenses that may be required from agencies or jurisdictions other than the City. The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2000, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., to consider the request for final plat approval.
