This charge must be paid prior to <br />release of the plat for recording. <br /> <br />Drainage and Utility Easements: The standard drainage and utility easements have been provided <br />around the perimeter of Lot 1. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The Park Commission recommended that park dedication consist of a cash <br />payment. The current rate is $1200 per unit. <br /> <br />Trail' Development: A trail development fee of $300 per unit must be paid prior to release of the <br />final plat for recording. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management: The City has also established a stormwater management fee of $366 per <br />unit that is collected as part of the site plan development permit and must be paid prior to issuance <br />of any building permits. <br /> <br />Other Permits and Licenses: The developer is responsible for any other permits or licenses that <br />may be required from agencies or jurisdictions other than the City. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2000, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., to consider the request for final plat approval. I <br />suggest that you, or your representative, be present at the meeting to answer any questions that may <br />ar/se. A copy of the case cover sheet and proposed development agreement is enclosed for your <br />information.
