I I I I RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0541 TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN SECTION 25 FROM R-1 URBAN RESIDENTIAL TO R-3 URBAN RESIDENTIAL WHEREAS, the City received an application to rezone certain property in accordance with Section 9.03.03 of the Ramsey City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TI:IE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That ACCAP (Anoka County Community Action Program, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied to rezone certain property fxom R-1 Urban Residential to R-3 Urban Residential. That the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.03 of the City Code on November 6, 2000 and said public heating was properly advertised, and the minutes of said public heating are hereby incorporated by reference. That the property proposed to be rezoned is legally described as follows: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly and westerly of a line 40.00 feet northerly and westerly of, and parallel to, the centerline of Sunwood Drive and northerly of the following described line and its extensions: Commencing at the intersection of centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 and the south line of the Southeast Quarter of said Northwest Quarter; thence northwesterly along said centerline a distance of 1083.00 feet; thence westerly parallel to the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to the west line of said'Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence northerly along the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 757.00 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be described; thence easterly parallel to the south line of said southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to the westerly right of way line of State Trunk Highway No. 47 and said line there terminating..The centerline of Sunwood Drive is described as follows: I I Beginning at the Northeast comer of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the north line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance -153-
