In the event that compliance <br />with the minimum standards of Chapter 7080 are verified by a <br /> <br />licensed Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Septic Inspector and <br />a Maintenance Inspection Report is filed with the City on forms <br />supplied by the City and after review by the City Building Official <br />that the findings of the inspection are in compliance with Chapter <br />7080, no pumping or Pumping Report shall be re~tuired. <br /> <br />Non-compliance. If the owner of a property containing an ISTS <br />fails to cause the filing of either the Pumping Report or the <br />Maintenance Inspection Report every_ three (3) years, the City <br />Administrator or his/her designee shall by certified mail notify_ the <br />property owner that a Pumping Report or a Maintenance <br />Inspection Report shall be filed with the City within thirty (30) <br />days from the date of the notice ~!i!i!~!~!i!~!~i!!iiii!!~~i!i!i~!i!i!~ <br />~:.~:_~. In the event the property owner fails to file a complete <br />Pumping Report or Maintenance Inspection Report with the City <br />within the thirty (30) day period, the City shall order the required <br />pumping/cleaning ~iii~~i~(ii!~!i!~i!!~!!~i~!!~ and <br />the property_ owner will be responsible for the costs plus an <br />administration fee. The administration fee shall be established by <br /> <br />City Council resolution. <br /> <br />Pumping Permits and Fees. Permits for pumping jobs shall be <br />obtained from the City.
