-180- <br /> <br />Proposed ISTS language <br /> <br />8.30.02A Maintenance <br /> <br />Required Frequency Of Pumping/Cleaning and Inspection. <br />Each owner of property containing an Individual Sewage <br />Treatment System ~``(.`.~...`S.~.~.T``.S~.~).``..`~...s.`.h...~!~*``....`.c....a`...u....~;.~e.:`......~..~.s~..d````.....~/~.t.~`..:.`~.~...~' be <br />pumped/cleaned or !~i~iii!i!~i~i!i!ii~ii!ii~!i!i!~!i~ at <br />intervals not to exceed every three ¥.e. ars or upon receipt of an <br />inspection report indicating an immediate need for <br />pumping/cleaning... Within thirty (30 days)..after pumping a <br />_s, Lstem, the septic tank pumper shall file a Pumping Report, upon <br />forms suppl, ied by the City, on each system serviced and provide <br />all the applicable details requested, includi_ng information about <br />any deficiencies or needed maintenance. These forms shall <br /> <br />become part of the permanent City records. The initial pumping <br />report shall be filed at the City no later than October 31, 2003. A <br />receipt'issued by the pumper for a pumping job performed within a <br />I2 month period previous to the effective date of this ordinance <br />shall suffice as the initial pumping report. <br /> <br />~!i!i!i!i!i!i!iii!i!!!!i!ii!Notification Process.
