I I I I I I I On June 13, 2000, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to North Lake Properties, Inc, a Minnesota corporation, ("Permittee") to construct a 17,815 square foot multi- tenant retail facility ("Structure") on the property which is legally descr/bed as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, R. iver/47 Plaza, Anoka County, Minnesota the ("Site"). This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: STRUCTURE. All building plans must be. prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. - STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures Shall bi constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code.' SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site as shown on the Site Plan pr. pared by Lampert Architects, da.ted April 13, 2000, revision date May 2, 2000. ~<..( ,j~.~,C;:( ~ (l(.14'.7~ 'c[. ~-I .('3(3 SITE PREPARATION. Ail site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by the City Engineer. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements.are as follows: Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading Plan prepared by Hakanson Anderson Associates Inc., dated April 13, 2000, revision date May 2, 2000 issue date June 15, 2000. Installation of bituminous driveways,' parking lots and maneuvering areas. Installation of B-612 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all bituminous surfaces. Establishment of tuff in areas disturbed during construction. Landscaping in accordance with the Landscape Plan prepared by Larnpert Architects, dated April 13, 2000, revision date May 2, 2000, issue date June 15, 2000. -,. Fire lanes ("Required Improvements)
