As 1 mentioned to you ,',_I our meeting, wc are running $75,000 tc~ $80,000 over buclgct {m this shopping center. Most of those cost overages '-are due to itcrns ti'mt we did not budget for. That is, of course, not the City's fatdt. Ilowever, th~:re are two (2) items wlfich arc directly relmcd to th~ City c.f Ramscy: 1.) $7,974.00 - Please refer to uur letter dated July 12, 2000 in which we addressed this matter. Wc are absolutely convinced that this fee wa.~ not v.n appropriate charge in this case. 2.) $3,930 - Cap off4" O'ate Va}ye This is au itean requested by thc City of Rarrm=y. It was not our ¢onlrractor's responsibility as l' undermand it, it was not acce=sary work _Cur the Ramscy Towne Square project.
