Most of those cost overages '-are due to itcrns ti'mt we did not budget for. That is, <br />of course, not the City's fatdt. Ilowever, th~:re are two (2) items wlfich arc directly relmcd to th~ City <br />c.f Ramscy: <br /> <br />1.) $7,974.00 - Please refer to uur letter dated July 12, 2000 in which we addressed this matter. <br /> Wc are absolutely convinced that this fee wa.~ not v.n appropriate charge in this case. <br /> <br />2.) $3,930 - Cap off4" O'ate Va}ye <br /> <br />This is au itean requested by thc City of Rarrm=y.
