The house across from 164th Lane NW sold recently and although this access would have a significant impact on the two residential lots located on T.H. 47, it is the most desirable due to the traffic patterns that would result. This access point corresponds to the Trunk Highway 47 Access and Corridor Study that was prepared for the City of Ramsey by SRF in July, 1996. Advantages: · Provides access to park directly from T.H. 47. · Onlytwo residential lots affected. · Sight distance and aligmrmnt to existing street system is optimal. · No local streets affected. · Grade of access would be acceptable. · Tree loss would be minimal. Ttzis is the minimal allowable distance from intersection to intersection as outlined in the Trunk Highway 47 Access and Corridor Study mentioned above.
