-254- <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #Oi-02-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $5,000 FROM THE COUNCIL CONTINGENCY <br />FUND TO THE BUDGET MAYOR AND COUNCIL TO FUND THE YOUTH FIRST <br />PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during the year 2001, the Ramsey City Council acted on matters impacting <br />expenditures budgets of the City's General Fund for items that were not included in the original <br />budget for the year ended December 3 i, 2001; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, included in the 2001 General Fund budget was $101,745 under the COuncil <br />Contingency, or Expenditure Reserve Fund to be used for items that were not included in the <br />various departments budgeted line items; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />$59,412; and <br /> <br />of February 27, 200I, the Council Contingency Fund had a balance of <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City will annually contribute $5,000 for the Youth First Program, <br />beginning with Year 2001. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
