A written <br />performance appraisal has been prepared indicating satisfactory performance for Ms. <br />Moore-Sykes. A meeting was held between Ms. Moore-Sykes and the City <br />Administrator to review the written performance appraisal. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based on the satisfactory one-year appraisal, staff recommends that Kim Moore-SYkes, <br />Assistant City Administrator, be retained as a regular full-time employee effective March <br />6, 2001. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt resolution ending probationary period for Kim Moore-Sykes, Assistant <br />City Administrator, and granting her the status of regular full-time employee effective <br />March 6,2001. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />Copies also distributed to: <br />Personnel File <br /> <br />PC: 3/27/01 <br /> <br />-205- <br /> <br /> <br />
