-206- Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME ASSISTANT CITY ADMINISTRATOR, KIM MOORE-SYKES WHEREAS, Kim Moore-Sykes was hired as a full-time Assistant City Administrator for the City of Ramsey effective'March 6, 2001, subject to a one-year probationary period; and WHEREAS, Ms. Moore-Sykes successfully completed her probationary period and her performance was documented by the City Administrator; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its March 27, 2001 meeting agreed with the staff recOmmendation to end the probationm~ period for fulI-time Assistant City Administrator K/in Moore-Sykes, effective March 6, 2001. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Perso~mel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Assistant City Administrator Kim Moore-Sykes effective March 6, 2001. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of March, 2001.
