-70- <br /> <br /> Councilmember Connolly introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLUTON APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ADVERTISEMENT <br />FOR BID ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 00-35, 141~t AVENUE NW & EBONY <br />STREET NW STREET & UTILITY CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized this project as an element of the 2000 <br />Capital knprovement Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the improvement project #00-35 have been <br />prepared by Hakanson 'Anderson and have been presented to City Council for approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of the land that is required for the completion of Phase I is currently <br />owned by the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Staff anticipates the signing of the proper documentation for the acquisition <br />of land for the continuation of 141st Avenue NW in the near future, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That such contract documents and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto, and <br /> made part of are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) That such publishing of the advertisement for bid for 1P#00-35 is hereby approved. <br /> <br />The motion/'or the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 27th day of March, 2001, <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
