-70- Councilmember Connolly introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION RESOLUTON APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 00-35, 141~t AVENUE NW & EBONY STREET NW STREET & UTILITY CONSTRUCTION WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized this project as an element of the 2000 Capital knprovement Project; and WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the improvement project #00-35 have been prepared by Hakanson 'Anderson and have been presented to City Council for approval; and WHEREAS, all of the land that is required for the completion of Phase I is currently owned by the City of Ramsey; and WHEREAS, Staff anticipates the signing of the proper documentation for the acquisition of land for the continuation of 141st Avenue NW in the near future, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such contract documents and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto, and made part of are hereby approved. 2) That such publishing of the advertisement for bid for 1P#00-35 is hereby approved.
